Determine investigation outcome

To determine the outcome of the bullying investigation:

1. In your Tasks widget, click Determine investigation outcome in the appropriate row.
2. Review information about the incident, using the Related Forms drop-down to view other forms.
3. Select an outcome. The rest of this step depends on what outcome you choose. Follow the instructions for the selected option:
• Bullying incident confirmed

• Click Finish. Plan victim's future safety is the next step and will appear in your tasks area.

• Bullying incident confirmed (notify law)

• Click Finish. Notify law enforcement agency is the next step and will appear in your tasks area.

• Non-bullying incident
• No wrongdoing

4. If you selected No wrongdoing, click Next. Step 2 appears.
5. In the Administrator remarks field, type an explanation of the incident that shows that there was no wrongdoing involved.
6. If you would like to print a copy of the form, select the Print form on exit checkbox.
7. Click Finish. Investigate accusation is the next step and appears in your Tasks area.
• Non-bullying incident

If you selected Non-bullying incident, click Finish. Determine action is the next step and appears in your Tasks area.
