View all low medication balances

If you track the inventory of your student medication orders, it is important to have a quick, accurate way to check for any students who are running low on a medication they need or any global PRN supplies.

To view a list of students whose medication orders have reached their low balance threshold:

  1. Log on to the Health view.
  2. Click the Medication tab.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • For prescription medications, click the Rx Orders side-tab.
    • For standing orders, click the Standing Orders side-tab.
  1. On the Filter menu, click Low Balance. The page lists the medication orders that have reached the low balance threshold.

    2. Note: On the Student List, if your field set shows alerts, the Low Balance alert icon appears for students with a low balance of either a prescription or PRN medication.
